Fatigue

We are a very tired nation.  Our society demands a very high pace lifestyle, which I will argue, our physiology is poorly adapted to supporting.  I have been a victim of fatigue myself and I know first hand how much of a burden it can put on even the simplest of tasks.

Fatigue is so prevalent because there often are numerous variables contributing:

  • Nutrient deficiency

  • Anemia

  • Poor sleep

  • Adrenal dysfunction

  • Thyroid dysfunction

  • Digestive challenges

  • Stress

  • Metabolic variables

  • Lack of quality sleep

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Chronic infection

  • Diet

A comprehensive evaluation is hugely important, as there can also be serious medical conditions that present themselves with fatigue.

Too often people who suffer from fatigue cannot find solutions to their problems in the conventional medical realm.  Unfortunately is no pill for being tired.  This results in many people turning to stimulants (coffee, sugar, drugs) to help them through the day, which often compounds the problem over the long run.

You don’t have to be tired!
